Children, Summer and Food

May 22nd, 2019

Did you know that in the 2,889 households assisted by the Presbyterian Community Center last year there were 1,692 children? The safety and welfare of at-risk children is a priority for our mission. A special fund subsidized by a $10,000 grant from The Edgar A. Thurman Charitable Foundation for Children allows us to supplement available financial aid for families with children in the home. The Thurman Foundation has been a valued partner for many years in our work to prevent homelessness for the most vulnerable members of our families. More
