Emergency Services

Emergency Services helps individuals and families in need by providing financial assistance for utilities, rent, mortgage, prescriptions, heating oil, and other life necessities.

 

A food pantry provides no-cost groceries to prevent hunger among families facing difficult times.

Hours of Operation:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 9 a.m. until 12:00 p.m.

Service Area:

  • Southeast Roanoke, Northeast Roanoke, and Eastern Roanoke County & Vinton.​​​​

Food Pantry Assistance

*IMPORTANT UPDATES*

Effective October 1, 2023, clients seeking PCC donated food will be required to provide a copy of their lease. Unsheltered/Homeless individuals are excluded from this policy.
