The Presbyterian Community Center is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization and cash donations to our mission are tax deductible. All donations support PCC programs for low-income families and children. You may also wish to designate your donation to assist one of the funds listed on this page.
Emergency Services helps individuals and families in need by providing financial assistance for utilities, rent, mortgage, prescriptions, heating oil and other life necessities. A food pantry provides no cost groceries to prevent hunger among families facing difficult times.

The number of hungry people throughout the United States and right here in Roanoke continues to increase as the economy remains weak, gas prices continue to rise and food prices skyrocket. These conditions result in empty shelves at area food pantries as more and more families look for assistance.

Pathways for youth
Pathways for Youth is a comprehensive and caring after-school program for children in grades 3 through 12. The program is the cornerstone of the Presbyterian Community Center’s commitment to keep children in school through graduation.

The Amy MacMichael Memorial Fund provides support for older (middle school and high school) children in the Pathways for Youth after-school program to participate in special academic and social activities as recommended by The Presbyterian Community Center.
